Prepare Technical Requirements based on Technical Issues received
Carry out internal function tests based on Technical Requirements when the prototype has been received and provide feedback according to the test results or provide recommendations as a form of improving the prototype
Collaborate with Departement Marketing, Design Product & Project teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
Mitigate and evaluate failed products if the product is declared to have failed the test during testing to be analyzed and coordinated with the DPP Department for handling.
Provide assistance to the Marketing Department in conducting product outreach whenever there is a request from the Marketing Department
