Assist in preparing monthly tax compliance (perform technical tax review, monthly and yearly tax reconciliation, payment, and submit a tax return, including collection & preparation of any taxation documents, if it is required);Assist, support, and liaise with the Tax Manager and external tax consultant in the form of preparing and managing tax audit, Ad-hoc project (e.g. Tax Diagnostic Review, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Advisory, etc), and transfer pricing documentation;
Assist in preparing annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with tax consultant/tax manager;
Daily operation to review the transactions that are subject to tax implications and provide the tax analysis to the relevant department;
Identify & mitigate tax risks on daily transactions/projects;
Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that related to the main business;
Maintain a good relationship with the Tax Office, not limited to supporting the company in the event of a tax audit and litigation process.
