Handling All Channel incoming contact (Voice, email & Chat) from customer Maintain customer’s financial account and processing all customer’s request/inquiries and complaint
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within limits and follow up to ensure solution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file documents
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
Creates and maintain service reports
