Duties and Responsibilities
Documentation of receipts, taxation and expenses verifying tax invoices
Liaising with our company’s Tax Service provider
Booking entries in accounting system
Bank Reconciliation
Making supplier payments
Month end closing
Monthly reporting of value added tax
Monthly and yearly reporting of withholding tax
Assisting in ad hoc finance projects
Job Summary :
Manage and control all matters related Finance, booking entries General Ledger Accounting and Tax.
Prepare financial report ( P/L statements, balance sheet)
Calculating, preparing and submitting accounts and tax returns
Undertaking accounts administration, including financial information
Responsible for the efficiency and accuracy for Accounting, Cash Management, Banking.
Perform reconcile of balance sheet (BS) and inter-company transactions.
Handle fixed asset, AR, AP.
Other related tasks.
