Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc.
Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement.
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Perform other related duties as required.
