Responsible for correspondence with clients and ensure all questions are answered, any request and/or information needed by clients are fulfilled in a timely manner
Responsible to coordinate with all related departments to fulfill requests submitted by clients
Analyze client’s market trend and propose new product that suitable for their market.
Manage product development for clients and monthly shipment, and ensure everything is fulfilled on time.
Prepared any documents, product samples, advertising and promotion materials for client’s needs and ensure it shipped on time.
Inform updated information to clients regarding company’s product, product renewal, discontinuation, etc and ensure the client’s information are up to date.
