Ability to develop on the ITSM platform including the customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Catalog. Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies. Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment. Working knowledge of how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework. Strong programming/ scripting skills (Javascript/ Perl/ Python is an advantage). Knowledge of Computer Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) and administration. Knowledge of Databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Understanding of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, or Cisco networking is a plus. Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration.
