Diploma / Bachelor Degreein Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Have Min. 1year experience as IT Support in Internet Service Provider / E-Commerce / Retail Logistic Industry is preferred.
Have good understanding in hardware, networking, and common software.
Must be a fast learner, able to understand complex requirements in a short period of time.
Able to work in tiggt deadlines and minimal supervision.
Support several infrastructure device, Printer / Share printer, Desktop / Laptop / MacBook, Install windows / Software, Maintain server absence / IP Phone / CCTV Office, File Sharing, WIFI.
Support Email and other applications for users and new employee
Order New Laptop and other device IT Infrastructure.
