End user computing maintenance
Resolving users’ issues and computer troubleshooting (installing, repairing, and adjusting desktops, printers, mobiles, scanners, and other accessories)
Proactively monitor all systems and IT infrastructure for Indonesia & Singapore office, report to and assist global IT locally for IT infrastructure and security in update and maintenance
Spread IT knowledge and skills about our IT tools (productivity and collaboration suite) and train local users to use them
