Analyze, data entry, import and process data.
Handle and reply to customer issues and complaints in a good way and in a timely manner.
Ensure and improve customer satisfaction and experience when dealing with customer issues and complaints.
Perform UAT on any system changes.
Write documentation and journals of work.
Perform periodic system monitoring to ensure all systems are operating normally.
Perform other administrative works when needed.
