Handle over all administrative in legal operational
Creating, keeping, controlling and managing legal documents
Making, drafting and review agreements, letters, and/or communication materials from a company ensure there’s no potential lawsuits in the future
Providing rapid access to outside legal knowledge and expertise when needed
Handle and maintain the company license and/or permit
Analyze the laws and regulation related the company business;
Giving up-to-date information and advice regarding the latest developments in laws and regulations
Making Legal Report
Giving legal advice and company assistance for the meeting, negotiation, court, etc;
Follow up operational progress regarding the legal task
As coordinator between operational and legal back office
Prepare and conduct presentation to external or internal about the operational project
