Achieving sales targets in the geographical area for which they are responsible by increasing the value/volume of transactions
Get new customers for products owned by PT. Sumbermitra Agungjaya
Develop knowledge about customers (customer knowledge) and prospective customers in the geographical area that is their responsibility, such as knowledge about the organizational structure of the hospital/lab concerned, the business situation there, and their needs in line with their business development activities/plans.
Build long-term good relationships with customers through quality and continuous business visits
Always analyze the situation of customer business developments/changes in the area including competitor activities in order to develop dynamic sales strategies to obtain/enlarge transactions/sales volume.
Carry out sales and marketing activities with a focus and orientation on tangible results.
Develop knowledge and skills in the field of sales/marketing on an ongoing basis such as product knowledge, communication skills, skills in building relationships with other people, selling skills and negotiating skills.
Strive for good cooperation with other departments in PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya (Technical Support Officer, Customer Service, Administration & Finance, and Warehouse & Distribution) to maintain and improve service to customers and prospect customers.
