Assist client with the set-up and activation of their payment acceptance solution
Engage with clients and ensure that they are supported through the activation process
Maintain knowledge and understanding of various POS system’s including functionality and troubleshooting
Provide consistent and accurate information to our merchant customers
Maintain a helpful and professional manner with both internal and external clients
Understand and comply with company and department policies and procedures
