Develop Operation Excellence strategy and implementation plan inline with company’s objectives
Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to SLA improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
Accountable for maintaining and developing Operation System (i.e FMS) to support operations
Accountable for Operation Performance Management in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality
Ensure SOP and WI for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
