Own and drive specific workstream within Operations Excellence’s scope (e.g., Picking model optimization, costs reduction etc.,)
Gather and analyze information to support the workstream’s objectives
Work with relevant teams to develop and implement solution
Communicate progress and action plans to leadership and stakeholders
