• Sourcing new vendors (online/offline)
• Working closely with vendors on a day-to-day basis
• Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing, product quality and availability.
• Communicate and coordinating with internal departments and make sure the alternate vendor sourced has been registered in system.
• Organizing and documenting contract/conversation between the company and vendors
