Develop new toys with clear specifications and requirements, which comply with Mattel standard and quality requirements Coordinate other department to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production
Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost
Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects
Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result
