As a recruitment consultant in Geekhunter, it’ll be quite different from recruiter roles in other companies. In Geekhunter, instead of administering interviews, psychological tests, and other HR roles, you’ll be required to assist our clients in their hiring needs, especially for IT positions. You’ll conduct calls, arrange interviews, and other necessary duties with the candidates. Also, you’ll liaise with our clients, and be involved in communities.
