Manage Sales Agent allocation per region and keep maintain the update so that every information in the database is accurate with the real situation
Involve in disciplinary action, revalidate the MS data and act as a companion if Sales Agent is being interview by AF or security team to ensure all the investigation process is fair and thorough
Prepare report about Sales Agent disciplinary case based on the investigation process
