Lead, control & monitoring all sales engineer to meet their job requirement
Approach & maintain good relationship with strategic alliances, partner and clients
Developing, grow key account, looking for new projects and increase sales
Preparing sales quotation technical & commercial aspects
Provide technical back up, customer presentation & travelling to remote customer where necessary
and making report to management regularly
Provide periodic report to management.
