Oversee and manage the smooth execution of day to day Human Capital goals.
Operations and processes to ensure high quality delivery of all Human Capital related processes.
Be the key advocate in ensuring consistent and disipline application of HR policies, standards, guidelines and tools.
Work along with the Head of Human Capital Development and other Head Division and guide them to ensure consistent approach to employee relation and performance management issues.
Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counseling to business area managers to effectively meet business
Provide trusted and sound HR Generalist advice to management and their teams on HR matters
Serve as the local HR point of contact and be the face of HR in the area.
Maintain close liaison with line manager and HR colleagues by providing HR inputs, on costing and budgeting, training and development, talent management, C&B, performance management, employment law and other employment related topic.
