Operate projectors to play movies according to schedule, ensuring the picture is displayed smoothly and sound is played correctly.
Maintain projection equipment by organizing routine services, perform simple maintenance, perform quick fixes on simple problems, and analyze complex technical problems to be escalated to HQ/ vendor.
Receive, check, and store incoming movie DCP to ensure playability and distribute them to other site / cinemas as instructed.
Prepare movie content playlist by combining/ joining advertising content, trailers and movie DCP
Perform anti-piracy duty by monitoring viewers during movie playing session and coordinate/ inform MOD if there are any viewers seen recording the movie.
Maintain network infrastructure such as PABX devices, LAN and WAN network, and other connectivity related hardware and software to ensure site is always connected to telephony and internet.
Maintain site access and security system by maintaining and recording CCTV system, fingerprint scanner, and site access management (physical and digital).
Maintain site’s IT hardware and software such as POS, BCM, LED & LCD displays, office PC and peripherals, etc. by inventorying items, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot occurring problems.
