• Tax Compliance and Advisory:
  • Prepare and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Provide sophisticated tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client wealth.
  • Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, investments, and organizational changes.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss tax strategies, financial planning, and compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues, including federal, state, and international tax matters.
  • Analyze financial statements and other data to assess tax impact and opportunities.
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to clients and team members.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple tax projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Assist in the development of firm policies, procedures, and best practices related to tax consulting.
