We are looking for a Social Media Admin to respond comments, DMs, and promote the idea throughout the organization. Social Media Admin responsibilities include resolving audiences’ queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our audiences’ trust.
Responsibilities:
Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth
Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with the audience on social media
Monitor complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Taking ownership of audience issues and following problems through to resolution
Resolve audiences conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Gather audiences feedback and share with our Content, Product, Sales, and Marketing team

Process payroll data and prepare the report regarding Payroll
Be the PIC for any questions related to Salary, Tax, and BPJS from all employee.
Direct a variety of tax-related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives; these activities include: tax planning, research, compliance, tax submissions, reporting and filings, auditing, and communicating with external tax agencies
Help to manage tax audit process and timely engage relevant stakeholders, including consultants to support the process including data collection and timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
Evaluate the organizations current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Evaluate and advise on the automation of tax payment, reporting and reconciliation process.
Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time for the group
Manage tax forecast, quarterly tax provisions and other tax accounting related matters.
Identify and manage the implementation of a range of tax process improvements to manage tax risk.
Product Optimisation: You will be in charge of gathering, analyzing, and sharing from User feedback to offer insights of product development
Managing Stakeholders: You will closely collaborate with product team, engineering team, and business teams to enhance discussions regarding product usage, feature development, and user needs.
Facilitating Product Development: Through feedback loops, you will help the product team gain a better understanding of which features or solutions to build and what needs to be addressed. You will also oversee product release testing to ensure that tests do not overlap or interfere with one another.
Utilizing Product Data: You will gather various types of data, including usage statistics, feature requests, support tickets, and coordinate with teams in day to day operations
Reporting: compile our ticket reports, providing a quantifiable and measurable perspective on product ops
Responsible for expenses and income transaction booking and reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports on timely and accurate manner and in accordance with corporate and local regulatory requirement.
Prepare ad-hoc reports for business and group consolidation purposes
Maintain and prepare sales production reports.
Monitor cashflow, accounts and other financial transaction.
