2. Experience as a Recruiter for 3 – 4 years
3. Preferable from Headhunter / Corp. Recruitment in Heavy Equipment / trading Air Compressor company
4. Able to conduct Psychological Test (IST, DISC, Kreaplin, Etc) and Interview Methods
5. Fast Learner and can work as a team
