Conduct sourcing & purchasing activities complying with company policies & guidelines
Negotiate with supplier on establishing terms and agreement
Participate cost reduction activities
Responsible for all procurement activity in a timely manner with quality service
Monitor and ensure purchase meet the requirements
Responsible for vendors sourcing, evaluations and qualification including having overall accountability for the day-to-day procurement
Coordinate with the concern party in each project to launch on time
Ensure the accuracy of overall documents and data systems relevant in procurement
Provide report of purchasing data on a regular schedule
