Handling rehabilitation care, assessing an employee fitness to work, monitoring health hazard, and following emergency care and response processes
Handling compact Clinic & Coordinate with company’s doctor to improve health program
Implementing program to monitor / reduce abseenteism, modified duty return-to-work programs, and short-term programs such as health promotions
Conducting and implementing all health, activities based on plans and program that already set up
Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, Kaizen and 5S program for each job / activity and on responsibility area Monitoring and educating Occupational Health & Safety to all employees
