Memiliki pengalaman proyek Jalan khusus tanah Galian, Timbunan dan Clearing terutama jalan tol diutamakan
S1 Teknik Sipil, mempunyai Sertifikat Kehlian Jalan dan Jembatan minimal Tingkat Madya
Usia maksimal 45 tahun
Memahami dan mengerti proses “Cut & Fill “pekerjaan Jalan
Memahami dan mengerti proses pembuatan dokumen RAB dan Monthly Certificate (MC)
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
Bersedia ditempatkan atau ditugaskan perjalanan ke Site di seluruh Indonesia
Jujur, disiplin, dinamis dan memiliki attitude yang baik
Dapat bekerjasama secara tim
Fleksibel dengan jam kerja
Diutamakan tenaga-tenaga profesional dan berpengalaman yang berperan serta dalam pembangunan tol Trans Jawa
